Tom
Anderson was born in NJ, attended St. Joseph’s Grammar School in Lincoln
Park, NJ; Don Bosco Tech; Paterson NJ, attended Seton Hall University
and graduated from Pace University, NY, with a B.S in Management
Information Systems .
Human
Resource Extraordinaire: Tom has been involved in Human Resources since 1980, when he accepted a
college internship position as a Staffing Assistant with Merrill Lynch.
Upon graduation in 1982, he accepted a position as a Personnel
Management Information Systems Analyst at Merrill.
Over the years, every position Tom has held involved recruiting,
staffing, account management and bottom line responsibility.
As a Regional Manager he was responsible for the staffing function for
several hundred Exempt and Non- Exempt personnel.
With the Educational Consulting firm, he was responsible for recruiting,
training and managing 150 center managers nationwide.
As RVP, he was responsible for 9 offices in Northern California,
management training & development and Key Account’s.
With Staff Services, in addition to national management
responsibilities, he was also responsible for Key Account development.
